Liquid: The spray should dry within about 30 minutes and is then safe to walk on. Ideally, wait until the next day to cut the grass so the product has time to be properly absorbed and translocated through the plant.

Granular: You can carry on with a football game, let your pet out and even mow the grass.
We love pets as much as you do, but while we work on the yard, please keep furry friends inside or away from the job site. It is safer for the pet and helps us complete the job more efficiently.
The time varies with yard size. If you have an average-sized subdivision lawn, the process typically takes only 10 to 15 minutes. Do not let the quick application time fool you—our team has plenty of practice and uses professional application equipment to help ensure that every part of the lawn is treated.
Treatments are designed to hold strong against weather conditions, including rain. After about 30 minutes of drying time, the treatment remains effective after initial contact with rain. Unless there is extreme flooding, it will continue to work. If you have any issue between visits, please call and let us know.
